Comparing Upper-Level Math Curriculum with A Free Printable Chart

After you print out the chart, go through the list below and write down each math program that appeals to you, then compares each one by asking yourself these questions:

  • Does it best fit my child’s learning style?
  • Does it fit within my family’s chosen teaching method? i.e. Charlotte Mason, Classical, etc.
  • Are there a lot of extras to purchase and if so, do they fit within my budget?
  • Can it be used with multiple kids?
  • Does the curriculum fit within my budget?
  • Are the books consumable / non-consumable?
  • Have I read good reviews about it or looked at any videos?

As you answer these questions, you will get a better idea of which math curriculum DOES NOT fit your child, enabling you to narrow it down to only a few. Then choose from the ones remaining by going online and reading reviews, look at cost, and other factors to help you choose the best math curriculum for you and your child!
